How much does it cost?Our prices start from £45 per person. The cost depends on which length of flight you book. Please visit the tour pages to find out how much it is. All flights are sold per person and prices remain the same for children, adults, and senior citizens.

What dates are available?All the available dates can be checked using our availability calendar. Simply select the location, type of flight, and how many people you want to fly, and the available dates will be highlighted in green

How can I book a seat next to the pilot?Subject to availability, you can book the co-pilots seat at the point of redeeming your voucher for an extra fee of £30. There is a strict weight limit for this upgrade.

Can children come on the flight?Children are welcome onto our flights. We recommend that any children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult. Children must have their own seat on the flight. Prices remain the same for adults and children.

I have been given this as a gift but dont want to go, what can I do?"1) Give it to your friend and get them to take some snaps for you. 2) Got a birthday coming up, wouldn't a helicopter flight make a great present? 3) Do it yourself anyway, you might find that you enjoy flying in a helicopter!

I have lost my email confirmation, what do I do?"If you can't find your confirmation email then send us an email and we will resend it for you. Sometimes email do get filtered into junk inboxes.

I do not have a mobile number or email address, can I still make a booking?"If you do not have either a mobile number or email address, you will need to provide these details even if it belongs to a close friend or relative. Unfortunately you can not complete a booking without this information.

There is a specific date that I would like to fly, is it available?"All the dates that we have available are shown on our availability calendar. The dates shown in green are the dates with spaces left. You will need to select your chosen location and type of flight in order to see the specific dates that apply.

Do you have disabled access / support?Due to the nature of these flights, please do contact us to discuss any specific concerns you may have. There are between 2 and 3 crew members on the day to assist passengers on and off of the helicopter. The helicopter is in a ‘high-skid’ design meaning it is a fair distance off the ground. There is a built in step and we can provide an additional small step from the ground to make boarding easier if you wish. Unfortunately there is no ramp or smaller steps that we are able to safely attach to the aircraft for passengers to use.

Can spectators come along and watch us fly?Friends and Family are more than welcome to watch you take the flight. Some locations do have limited parking areas so ask that if you can share cars it is much appreciated.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?If the weather forces us to cancel your helicopter flight then we will contact you via email within 24 hours with the new dates you can rebook for.

Can I bring a camera?Please do feel free to bring a camera, we ask that if people are using large cameras or tablets to take photos that you don't block the view for other customers.

Where do I go to take my flight on the day?Directions will be sent to you in your joining instructions email 3 days prior to your booked flight. The email will also include all the necessary details for the day so please do contact us if you do not receive an email.

How do I check my flight is going ahead?You will be able to check if your flight is going ahead through multiple means from 08:30am on the day. We would always suggest checking at least two of the following options -Check the weather page online using the link you have been emailed in your joining instruction email. -Call our prerecorded phone line on 07745 639197

What do I need to wear?The helicopters do have heating on board for when the weather is cold. We generally suggest wearing something comfortable and practical so that you are not too hot on the flight or restricted when getting on board. For spectators, we would suggest bringing a jacket as the sites we operate from are quite open and windy. To get the best view the helicopter departing, you will need to be outside.

Do I need to bring anything with me on the day?There is nothing compulsory to bring with you on the day, however we do suggest bringing a copy (even if it is digital) of your booking confirmation emails incase the crew need to check this on the day.

How many people go on each flight?There will be 5 passengers on board when using the AS350, 4 passengers on board when using the B206 Jet Ranger and 3 passengers on board when using the Robinson 44.

What type of helicopter will the flight be in?We operate AS350 Single Squirrels, B206 Jet Rangers and Robinson 44's.

How many people is each voucher valid for?Each voucher is generally only valid for 1 person. All prices on our website are quoted per person. Some reseller vouchers will be valid for multiple passengers but this will be clearly stated on the voucher you have bought

How do I use my voucher to book a flight?To book a flight using a voucher, click on REDEEM VOUCHER at the top of the page and then follow the simple steps that follow.

My voucher has expired, what can I do?"If your voucher has expired recently do call the booking team on 05601 114354 for advice. Do contact the voucher agency direct (eg. intotheblue, Red Letter Days) and see if they can extend your voucher for you.

My voucher expires soon and I can not find any availability?Please do contact us with your voucher details and we can look into the possibility of extending it for you.

If I purchase more than one ticket, can they fly together?"Subject to availability, and as long as you book the multiple vouchers together, the passengers will be on the same booking and be able to fly together.

How long do I have to use my voucher?All vouchers will have their expiry date stated on them. You will need to book your voucher in prior to its’ expiry date, although you may be able to book it against a flight that is later than this date.
